Yes. Community is free for personal, family and homelab use, with up to 3 users and every core feature: folders, the Media timeline, shared links, Starred and Trash. No license key needed.
One license covers one YourDrive installation. Each plan is one flat price for a band of users: up to 25 on Team, up to 250 on Business. There are no per-seat fees.
Move up to Business (up to 250 users) when it goes on sale, or contact us about Enterprise for more. Nothing breaks when you reach the limit: everyone keeps working, you just can't add more users.
Team is billed yearly. If you cancel, Team features stay on until the end of the year you paid for, then the server goes back to Community. Nothing is deleted: files, users and shared links stay, and you can subscribe again anytime.
No. The license key is checked on your own server. Nothing is sent to us, and it works offline.
